Please note that we do not offer free returns; the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with the items you received, you may return them within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The order must include all original parts, components, and packaging in the same condition as when received.

The product must have been handled normally; damage caused by misuse or improper handling is not accepted.

Products that are sensitive for hygienic reasons cannot be returned once opened.

The product must be defective upon receipt for a claim to be valid.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.
Returns are processed within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, the return will be confirmed within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that products have been used or damaged through no fault of ours.
How to return your order
If your order meets the above requirements, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

We will reply with the correct return address.
Please do not send items to our sender address — returns sent there cannot be processed.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Right of Withdrawal (EU/Swedish Consumer Law)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase under the following terms, in accordance with EU and Swedish consumer law:
A. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), received the goods.
Because we use an automated fulfillment system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed.
Therefore, we are unable to cancel or stop shipment once an order has been dispatched. Refunds can only be issued once the goods have been received and returned in accordance with this policy.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at support@glacr.se with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw (for example, by email).
Your withdrawal is considered complete once we have received the returned goods.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
Shipments in Transit
Our products are shipped from Asia, and extended transit times may occur beyond our control.
If your order is already in transit, it cannot be cancelled. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them according to our return instructions.
You may, however, inform us in advance of your intention to cancel.
For faster processing, please send us a copy of your shipping confirmation once the return has been dispatched.
Refunds
If you withdraw from the purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding the cost of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than our standard option).
Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of withdrawal and have received the returned items.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as your original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense:
Building 1, Fuyuexiang County, Gongshu District,
Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China
In special cases, returns may also be sent to our Swedish partner warehouse.
